Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to help lead a 24-bed residential mental health unit serving children and adolescents. In this role, you will oversee treatment delivery and provide supervision and guidance to milieu staff. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, maintaining best-practice standards, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment for those we serve.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unit
