Job summary

The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Milieu Coordinator to lead shifts and supervise a therapeutic milieu for children and adolescents in a residential setting. You will model therapeutic programming, mentor staff, and ensure trauma-informed care across daily operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping youths overcome challenges within a structured, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated leader during assigned shifts.
• Model and uphold high-quality therapeutic programming and unit structure.
• Mentor, coach, and develop unit staff in therapeutic intervention skills.
• Support a positive, trauma-informed treatment environment.
• Complete documentation of treatment services and required reports accurately and timely.
• Assist in maintaining consistency, accountability, and engagement among staff and residents.
