The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh is seeking a Milieu Coordinator to lead shifts, model quality therapeutic treatment, and coach unit staff. You will document all treatment and ensure required reporting, contributing to a compassionate, trauma-informed milieu for children and adolescents.
We value initiative, creativity, patience, and strong communication. A bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology and related field credits are preferred, with relevant residential experience a plus.
The Bradley Center is a trauma-focused residential treatment facility where children and adolescents with emotional, intellectual, and behavioral difficulties receive 24 hour care and treatment. Our residents present with a wide range of challenges and often have a history of trauma.
