Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology with MA licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years supervising clinical trainees and/or staff in a therapeutic school-based program.
• Experience in clinical treatment of children, adolescents, and families; supervision of doctoral students; expertise in psychological evaluation.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis management, de-escalation and risk assessment.
• Expertise in case management and diagnostic evaluation to inform treatment.

Responsibilities

• Serve on senior leadership and help set goals for school and clinical programs.
• Oversee clinical training of psychology graduate students including practicum and APA internships.
• Coordinate psychological testing and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Provide direct clinical services: assessments, case management, and individual/family/group therapy.
• Lead and supervise trainees; sign off on testing reports for licensure.
• Develop policies and professional development within the clinical department.
