Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director at Washburn House in Worcester, MA. This full-time role oversees clinical operations, supports the Clinical Director, and drives quality care in a licensed behavioral health facility.

You will supervise clinicians, coach staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining a patient-centered treatment program and strong team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field.
• Independently licensed in the State of practice in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor or other behavioral health related fields.
• LCDC-I
• LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• LMHC

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour management of all clinical functions in conjunction with the Clinical Director.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high-quality treatment and documentation.
• Ensure 92% compliance on facility metrics with regular feedback and coaching.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians not independently licensed.
• Recruit and hire clinical team members and foster a positive environment.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related human services field

Independent licensure in the State of practice (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor or related)
