Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems is seeking a Lead Clinician at the Washburn House in Worcester, MA, to support a trusted behavioral health program. This role reports to the Clinical Director and helps reinforce company-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

The Lead Clinician will supervise staff, develop programming, ensure documentation compliance, supervise group therapy, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality addiction and mental health

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Independently licensed LICSW or LMHC in MA.
