Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to support day-to-day management of the Nursing Department at the Washburn House addiction treatment center in Worcester, MA. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with the treatment team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has BH experience, and demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to provide high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 2 years Behavioral Health experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and assist DON
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Willingness to collaborate with treatment teams and adhere to regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing in day-to-day management of Nursing Department
• Direct day-to-day operations of Nursing Staff on assigned unit
• Collaborate with treatment team to incorporate medical issues into treatment planning
• Coordinate scheduling to maintain appropriate nurse staffing levels
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safe, quality patient care
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient care needs
