Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Clinical Director at Wise Mind Psychological Services P.L.L.C. The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, providing clinical supervision, and managing mental health and behavioral health programs. This roles in-person component requires time between both of our office locations, Garden City, NY and Rockville Centre, NY with the flexibility of working partially from home.

In this role, you will:

• Recruit, hire, and mentor a growing team of clinicians

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership

• Maintain a small therapy caseload

• Manage group therapy programs like DBT

• Improve systems and internal communication

• Collaborate on the strategic direction of the practice

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in New York
• Clinical Supervision and Mental Health expertise
• Experience in Behavioral Health
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
