The Assistant Clinical Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with physicians and care providers to coordinate daily patient care activities, ensuring that patient goals are met successfully. The position involves working with patients, physicians, and support staff. The Assistant Clinical Coordinator performs various clerical duties, such as updating and organising information on nursing units, coordinating work with other units and departments, and responding to inquiries and requests from staff and personnel.
