Job summary

Massage Envy Atticus franchise locations are seeking team members who are passionate about helping others through outstanding customer service and wellness education. You will promote Total Body Care services, book appointments, and assist clients with product recommendations.

We offer a flexible schedule, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement while supporting a friendly, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and guest relationship ability.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on the value of Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and suggest homecare products.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
