Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
• Ownership, accountability, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Motivation for professional growth and contributing to clinic success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based PT care with a full caseload.
• Support clinic leadership, operations, and patient experience.
• Maintain compliant documentation and chart reviews.
• Improve clinic flow, scheduling, and patient access.
• Participate in community outreach and network-wide initiatives.
• Mentor and onboard teammates; participate in team meetings.
