Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/APN/APRN/FNP) to join our Westminster clinic as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD). This role combines hands-on patient care with day-to-day clinic leadership, including collaboration with the Clinic Director and Medical Director.

You’ll be involved in comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and supporting wellness services across locations, with occasional coverage at the Greenwood Village clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or APRN in Colorado.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to work during clinic hours.
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Ability to provide occasional coverage at the Greenwood Village clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in wellness program initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Medical Director.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams.
• Provide light supervisory support to clinic staff.
• Ensure a positive patient-focused environment.
• Cover Greenwood Village clinic when needed for leadership coverage.
