Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare Westminster seeks a physician assistant or advanced practice nurse to join as Assistant Clinic Director. This role blends hands-on patient care with clinic leadership, ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth operations.

You’ll provide direct patient care using established protocols, perform evaluations, develop plans, and collaborate with the Clinic Director and Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado
• Current DEA registration
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• Availability to work during clinic hours
• Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
• Ability to provide occasional coverage at the Greenwood Village clinic as needed

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Clinic Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day clinic leadership.
• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Help patients understand their treatment options and wellness goals
• Support hormone replacement and targeted wellness services
• Partner with the Clinic Director and Physician Medical Director
• Collaborate with operations and management teams
• Provide light supervisory support to clinic staff
• Help create a positive, productive, patient-focused environment
• Provide occasional coverage at Greenwood Village clinic when needed for Clinic Director coverage
