Job summary

Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise in Merrimack, NH is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director who will balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic and exceptional patient experience.

You’ll focus on delivering evidence-based care with a full caseload, ensuring accurate documentation, optimizing clinic flow, and driving quality outcomes through teamwork and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Balance patient care with leadership duties to support a high-performing clinic.
• Oversee scheduling and patient access to optimize flow.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
• Support quality initiatives and outcome tracking across the clinic.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and front-office staff to ensure continuity of care.
