Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility).
• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic.
• Support mentorship, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
