Massage Envy Charlotte is hiring to lead a team in a spa environment, focusing on driving memberships, promoting retail sales, coaching staff, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic atmosphere.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, employer-paid health care for full-time, PTO, training, and monthly complimentary services are included.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
• Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
