Job summary

Bergen Logistics is seeking an Assistant Client Service Manager to support the Client Service Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional service to clients. In the absence of the Client Service Manager, this role acts as liaison between Bergen Logistics and clients.

The position involves coordinating warehouse tasks, preparing reports, handling data imports, monitoring inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining strong communication with warehouse teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track inbound materials and put away new receiving.
• Monitor WMS system to track SLA.

• Intercept carrier packages as needed.
• Printing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with the warehouse team and escalate any issues.
• Collect and report data and photos as needed.
• Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.

This position is essential in supporting our Client Service Manager in day to day operations and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. In the absence of the Client Service Manager the Assistant Client Service Manager will fill in and be the liaison between Bergen Logistics and our clients.

Expected pay scale is $19.92 - $20.92 per hour
