Job summary

American President Lines is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Ridgefield, NJ to manage on-site warehousing activities, documentation, and staffing coordination. You will support policies, back up key warehouse functions, and ensure accurate inventory through WMS transactions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, strong PC and Office skills, and excellent English communication. On‑site work with flexible shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum three years related experience.
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
  • PC literacy required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web‑based, and job‑specific software applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to compose, edit, and proofread documents with standard business vocabulary.
  • Ability to produce error‑free documents from rough drafts.
  • Skill in creating spreadsheets, reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision‑making, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of company policies, practices, and operations.
  • Flexible, able to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities, with interpersonal skills.

Pay range: $22.34 - $26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • On-site timely attendance required.
