Martin Retail Group, based in the United States, seeks an entry-level Assistant Client Business Manager to support the Finance team with high-volume billing processes. You will work alongside Client Business Managers to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

Responsibilities include data entry, billing reviews, issue resolution, and producing Excel reports using systems like PeopleSoft. Degree and billing experience are preferred for this role.

• One to two years of billing, invoice processing, or a similar role.
• Superior math and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, primarily Excel; exposure to large financial management systems like PeopleSoft.

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our team in the position of Assistant Client Business Manager. Working with our Finance team, this person will work closely with our Client Business Managers in the company’s high-volume billing area.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the online billing system
• Assist in reviewing billing
• Assist with solving billing/invoicing issues
• Research the cause of delays or find and report additional details needed
• Produce Excel reports

Qualifications

Education:

Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field desired

Experience:

One to two years’ experience in billing, invoice processing, or a similar role

Required Skills:

• Superior math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, primarily Excel
• Knowledge of database management
• Exposure to large financial management systems, such as PeopleSoft or similar platform

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $50,900.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
