Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and appears for court hearings, including arraignments, pre-trial conferences and hearings; tries jury and non-jury trials.
• Reviews case materials, police reports and evidence; responds to motions and prepares pre-trial conference materials.
• Researches case law, writes appellate briefs, and provides written responses to motions.
• Argues motions before the court and reviews dismissed cases for possible re-filing.
