City of Glendale is seeking an Assistant City Prosecutor to handle professional level legal prosecution work, including reviewing case materials, research, trials, and drafting motions and appeals.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited law school and be admitted (or pending admission) to the State Bar of Arizona, with familiarity in criminal law, evidence rules, legal research, and courtroom practice.
The Assistant City Prosecutor performs professional level legal prosecution work, including reviewing case materials, performing research, conducting trials, drafting motions and appeals, and other related prosecution activities. The ideal candidate for the role will have graduated from an accredited school of law and be admitted (or pending admission) to the State Bar of Arizona and will have a demonstrated familiarity with the principles of criminal law, rules of evidence, legal research, and courtroom practice.
