Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

• Passion for early childhood education and social-emotional development of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in day-to-day care of the children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, engaging classroom aligned with Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated standards.
• Support the implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum promoting sensory exploration, early communication, and gross motor development.
• Observe developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families.
• Follow all licensing and program guidelines related to health, safety, and sanitation.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training for Quality Rated compliance.
