Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to meet Georgia Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in day-to-day care of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with standards.
• Support implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum promoting development.
• Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate with families.
• Follow licensing health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and required professional development.
