Job summary

Nicholas Air in Oxford, MS, seeks an Assistant Chief Pilot to support the Chief Pilot in managing and standardizing flight operations. The role focuses on safety culture, regulatory compliance, and consistent application of company standards across the flight line.

The ACP will report to headquarters in Oxford and coordinate for a minimum of three consecutive days per month, ensuring leadership engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate is required.
• Total flight time of 3,000 hours minimum.
• 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
• Experience in Part 135 or Part 121 operations.
• Preferred type ratings include GVII, CL-30, CE-680, CE-525, EMB-505, EMB-500.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Pilot in management, supervision, and standardization of flight operations.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across the flight line.
• Report to company headquarters in Oxford, MS for coordination and leadership engagement (minimum 3 days/month).
