PAM Health is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing services at a PAM Health facility. The ACNO will oversee staffing, patient care quality, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with PAM Health standards and accrediting bodies.

The role requires an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and several years of clinical nursing experience, including management experience. BLS and ACLS are required; additional certifications are a plus.

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Liaise between staff and administration to promote productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health policies and accreditation standards.

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
