This position covers multiple properties located within the same complex and responsibilities include performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include performing and/or overseeing major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure operation quality standards are achieved and maintained. Experience in light plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC certification is required.
