Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking an Assistant Chef for the REGIONS-Site Secure Residential Treatment Program for male youth in Hamden, CT. The role supports meal planning, preparation, and supervision in a trauma-informed setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef in planning and preparing three meals for ~20 youth and staff.
• Assist with inventory and food orders; follow diet guidelines as directed.
• Maintain sanitation per agency and Health Department standards.
• Monitor Fire Safety Standards per local and state law.
• Provide vocational training to youth on food service and safe handling.
