Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC seeks an Assistant Chef with strong kitchen management experience to oversee the Amici Street Pizzeria concept and staff. You will help ensure the menu stays true to the concept, lead line cooks, and assist in daily operations.

You will develop new menu items, manage inventory and ordering, and ensure health code standards are met. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; ServSafe cert is preferred.
• 3+ years in culinary/operational roles; 2+ years in management supervision.
• Proficient in leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced, luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and BOH staff to ensure dishes stay true to concept.
• Develop new menu items and pizza specials.
• Assist with labor budgeting and cost control.
