Lees-McRae College is seeking an Assistant Cheerleading Coach to support the head coach in recruiting, team management, and promoting athletic events through campus and community outreach.
The role includes assisting in practice planning, conditioning programs, and game day operations, while serving as a communications liaison and brand ambassador for the cheerleading program. Evening/weekend commitments may be required.

The assistant cheerleading team coach will support the head cheerleading team coach in recruitment, management and administration of the cheerleading team. The assistant coach will also contribute to the marketing and fan experience team in the promotion of athletic events through campus and community outreach efforts.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like.
This is a part‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Some travel is expected for this position.
