Select Medical in Santa Monica is seeking an Assistant Center Manager – Physical Therapist to lead day-to-day operations of our orthopedic and hand therapy clinic. The position reports to center leadership and collaborates with two PTs, one OT, one CHT and one PTA to deliver exceptional patient care while driving program growth.

The successful candidate will oversee staff development, patient experience, and community engagement, with a Monday–Friday schedule, a base compensation of $110K–$120K

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth.
• Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development.
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Help develop strategies to increase profitability.

Location: 2001 Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 310 Santa Monica, CA 90403

Schedule:Monday-Friday

Compensation: $110K-$120K/year (based on experience)

Our Santa Monica location is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager to join our team of 2 PTs, 1 OT, 1 CHT and 1 PTA in this general orthopedics and hand therapy focused clinic. This is a unique opportunity to get involved at an established clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification
