Select Physical Therapy in Mid-Wilshire, CA is seeking an experienced clinician to step into a clinical leadership and operations-focused role as an Assistant Center Manager. You will help run day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality care and participate in a National Leadership Development Program.

The role includes leading teams, expanding physician relationships, and growing patient portfolios, with opportunities for long-term leadership within the outpatient organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.
• 1 yr minimum exp required.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.

Compensation: $110K-$120K/year (based on experience)
