Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Algonquin, IL location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive performance through sales goals and membership growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations while upholding health and safety standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen
