Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to take on more responsibility and help deliver excellent customer service at your center.

You will run daily operations in the absence of the General Manager, allocate resources, supervise staff, and ensure a strong first impression for customers. This position offers opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training; a hands-on interview can start today.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent first impressions and quality care.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
