U-Haul Holding Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily center operations in the General Manager's absence and to lead a service-focused team. You will make quick decisions on resource allocation, supervise staff, and ensure customers receive top-quality care, including completing miscellaneous technical tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous training through U-Haul University, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Formación

• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily operations of the center in the General Manager's absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
