Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time availability is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Leadership/management experience in a professional setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations as a heartbeat of the center and right hand to Center Manager.
• Coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to hit sales goals and product knowledge.
• Drive guest experience, handle inquiries, and turn transactions into brand moments.
• Monitor KPIs and pivot strategies to achieve record-breaking results.
• Mentor associates with 1-on-1 career path development and collaborate on local marketing ideas.
