European Wax Center in Gurnee, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales performance, enhance guest experiences, and manage operations with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
