Job summary

European Wax Center in Plainfield, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, health and safety standards, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service while resolving guest concerns with professionalism. A strong retail or hospitality leadership background and excellent communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
