European Wax Center in Shorewood, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations in person. You will lead a team, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence at our location.

Qualifikationen

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
