European Wax Center, the nation’s leading expert in body waxing services, is seeking an experienced Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Norridge location.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence, with a focus on growth and KPI understanding. This full-time in-person role offers a competitive salary, bonuses, benefits, and ongoing training in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key!

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
