Job summary

North American Wax Company LLC seeks an Assistant Center Manager for our Santa Barbara, CA location. In this in-person role, you’ll lead Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and uphold guest satisfaction and operational standards.

You’ll coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while ensuring health and safety compliance. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($20-$23) with a semi-monthly bonus structure, full-time hours, PTO,

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
