European Wax Center in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a Guest Service team and licensed wax specialists, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, manage schedules, inventory, payroll, and training, while ensuring health and safety compliance and brand standards. A growth mindset, strong communication, and a passion for beauty and wellness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key!

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
