Job summary

European Wax Center in Riverside, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, coaching, and KPI tracking, while upholding health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail sales management or spa leadership, strong communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
