European Wax Center in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our State St location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and operational excellence with a competitive salary plus a bonus structure; in-person work requiring flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists


• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention


• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
