European Wax Center in National City, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a guest-focused team, and drive sales performance. You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location.
