European Wax Center in San Ramon, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager for an in-person role. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations, while upholding health and safety standards and brand guidelines. A strong retail or spa leadership background and a passion for guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
