European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Santa Clara, CA to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety standards, while coaching staff and focusing on guest experience.

The role emphasizes a growth mindset, leadership, and the ability to achieve performance goals in a beauty and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
