Job summary

Mathnasium in Champlin Park, MN is seeking an energetic Assistant Center Director to lead instructors and work closely with the Center Director to help K-12 students learn, understand, and excel in math.

You will drive community outreach, recruit and develop talent, and promote technology-enabled, customized learning plans while building a positive, trust-based relationship with parents, schools, and local organizations.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated by recruiting, developing, and mentoring subordinates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with parents and students.

• Oversee Google Business Profile and Microsite content.
• Monitor enrollments and reconcile payments throughout the year.
• Participate in community events to engage with parents and schools.
• Seek professional growth opportunities to enhance leadership and influence.
