Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Center Director for our Clayton Ladue location. You will lead and inspire a team of instructors, manage operations, and drive enrollment growth while delivering world-class customer service to families in our community.

You will oversee billing/scheduling and ensure the Mathnasium Method is executed with accurate learning plans, supporting students from algebra to geometry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Math proficiency shown via skills evaluation up to Algebra I and Geometry.
• Full-time schedule with weekends/evenings required.
• Comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of instructors.
• Drive growth through sales, lead conversion, and local marketing.
• Build community by serving as the hub for parents and schools with excellent service.
• Ensure quality of learning plans and the Mathnasium Method.
