Job summary

Mathnasium in Albertville, MN seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead instructors, collaborate with the Center Director, and drive math learning outcomes for K-12 students. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while engaging parents and the community to grow enrollment.

You will champion technology-driven, personalized learning plans, monitor progress, and foster a positive, engaging environment. This role emphasizes growth, leadership, and hands-on math education.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication with parents and students.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet enrollment targets.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Aptitude for using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Genuine passion for math and STEM learning.
• Energetic, positive attitude and enthusiasm for student success.
• Experience working with K-12 students across ages and skill levels.
• Teaching or tutoring in Kumon, Sylvan, or Huntington is a plus.
• Demonstrated mastery of math (AP level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop instructors and lead instructors.
