No management experience? We train you to lead and advance fast. This full-time role offers paid leadership training, broad responsibilities including curriculum, parent communication, and staff coaching, with 30–35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Algebra I knowledge; Geometry is a plus.
• Full-time availability: M-Th, F/Sa within 30–35 hrs.
• Passion for kids and teams; customer-focused leader.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
